BIOGRAPHY
PT the Clown aka Marilyn Christensen is full of enthusiasm, energy, laughter and excitement! She
has always been an entertainer and loves to blend her creative and artistic side together. As a former
RCMP officer she has been able to include safety and school programs to her different acts.
Marilyn began her artistic career by singing and performing in a band at a very young age. She
continues to sing and write songs today. She also started writing children's books as PT the Clown
which started her down the path to becoming a professional clown.
Marilyn has studied and trained with the Barnum & Bailey Clowns in the United States and continues to educate
herself on a yearly basis by attending conferences and other professional training programs to keep her
acts current. She has developed many skills and talents such as face painting, balloon animals, comedy magic,
puppetry, story telling and stage performing.
She performs magic shows at schools, carnivals, birthday parties, festivals, events, corporate picnics and
Christmas parties. She has many characters up her sleeve that can attend your themed event. Her mission
is to live, laugh and have fun with everyone she meets!
